For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a Realtor. The Real Estate industry is highly appealing to me as it combines two of my favorite things, homes and people. I have been a Realtor for several years now and have built a business all my own. The people I help become part of my extended family and I will often find myself invited to the anniversaries, birthday parties & major holidays of my clients. I find being a Realtor to be one of the most fulfilling careers out there and feel very blessed to have built the types of friendships with my clients that will last a lifetime!

A seasoned veteran in the Real Estate industry with 30 years as a real estate salesperson, including 11 years with Keller Williams Realty, Chelley has worked with buyers, sellers and investors in all types of real estate markets. Chelley's extensive knowledge of legal and lender requirements, and the special demands of real estate in a depressed economy/slow markets help clients navigate through the maze that is buying a home. In addition, Chelley has 33 years of experience with investment properties, property management, and 1031 exchanges.

Chelley also has a background as an RN-PT specializing in geriatric care program development and care management, service on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Commission and training as a Medicare counselor. This geriatric health background gives Chelley extensive expertise in all aspects of the needs of seniors and their families. Chelley can help you develop a complete picture of how to best utilize your real estate assets in your life and estate planning. This includes helping families deal with property related decisions at a time of family illness or loss as well as helping families with special needs for accessible housing.
